Each songwriter has a place inside themselves where they tap into their creativity. Music inspires us and connects us to ourselves and others in a unique way. The phrase ‘a golden thread’ is taken from my song about creativity and the musical and spiritual connection ‘to another world’.  

‘A Golden Thread’ is a tribute to Nick Drake. His songs have a spirituality and ‘other world’ feel that I have always loved. This song is to be released on my new EP either this year or in 2019.

Sound of the ‘horn’, its magic fills the evening air
Sound of a horn in melancholy cheer
